After breakfast proceed to Kanyakumari enroute (A) to visit Padmanabhapuram Palace. Padmanabhapuram is the former capital city of the erstwhile Hindu Kingdom of Travancore. The palace is complex inside with an old granite fortress around four kilometres long. It is a typical wooden (Nalukettu,the traditional architecture is typically a rectangular structure where four halls are joined together with a central courtyard open to the sky). Visiting Suchindram Temple. Suchindram temple is unique in the whole of India in that it is dedicated to three different deities represented by one image in the sanctum and is called Sthanumalayan (Sthanu-Shiva; Maal-Vishnu and Ayan-Brahma) kovil. The temple is rich in sculpture and architecture and a visitor to this temple is amply rewarded with the sight of such exquisite art of hundreds of years old. After that leave to Kanyakumari
